How to enrol in KPJ Cares Junior
Enrolment happens inside the Dependent module. Four steps, all in the KPJ Cares App.
Open My Dependents
Log in to KPJ Cares and open the Dependent module.
Add child details
Enter the required information and confirm the dependent is under 18.
Confirm and consent
Review the details, provide the required consent and continue.
Upload verification
Attach the required identity document and submit for enrolment.
Final eligibility, approval and voucher activation wording should follow the confirmed programme terms.
After enrolment
Your Junior vouchers, in the app
Once your child is enrolled, the Junior vouchers appear alongside your other KPJ rewards. Nothing to print, nothing to claim at a counter.
- Open Loyalty from the More menu to see your points and vouchers together.
- Each Junior voucher shows its discount and validity date on the card.
- Present the voucher in the app at a participating KPJ hospital.

KPJ Cares Junior is a child-focused health and wellness programme within the KPJ Cares App. It gives children below 18 access to selected healthcare benefits, activities and rewards.
Parents or legal guardians can register children below 18 through the Dependent Module. Other family members may also be added as dependents, but Junior benefits are specifically for eligible children below 18.
You can manage your child’s profile, book appointments, access available medical reports, track inpatient journeys, track your child growth and vaccination through your KPJ Cares account.
Your child can enjoy selected savings on room and board, vaccinations, imaging, pharmacy, rehabilitation and paediatric allergy tests. Family wellness programmes, child-focused activities and exclusive vouchers may also be available. Terms and conditions apply.
KPJ Cares loyalty points are awarded for eligible transactions at KPJ hospitals, which include qualifying cash payments, insurance claims, and Guarantee Letter settlements. For inquiries regarding points for your children, please email kpjcares@kpjhealth.com.my.
